3A Car Mats warrants that its car mats will be free from defects in material and manufacture, and will give satisfactory performance for the period indicated from date of purchase. We shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential arising out of the usage of the matting.
The warranty will not apply to damage incurred as a result of wear and tear, tamper, abuse or misuse (e.g. burns, cuts, or tears) or because of failure to properly install, clean or maintain the product.
If the car mat is defective within the stated warranty period, user must notify us with the warranty registration number and/or your registered particulars/sales invoice.
The warranty period for each product is stated below:
Customized car mat – 1 year warranty period ( applicable for Superior Grade Full Set only )
– 2 years warranty period ( applicable for Premium Grade Full Set only )
We accept E-Nets and Visa/Master payment mode.
Delivery will be arranged within 5 working days upon order confirmation.
Delivery is only applicable within Singapore, with the exception of Sentosa and Jurong Island.
We are unable to provide a refund, exchange or cancellation once an order has been confirmed.
